Get to Know Your Favorite Realtor - Claire Maloney

Hello, and welcome! The first thing you will notice about me when we work together is my love (some call it an obsession) with local businesses, and the general Tri Cities community. I believe that when we lean in to community, all of our value grows and we are able to reach and serve more people. 

I grew up in the Lower Valley, attended Prosser schools and then went on the Eastern Washington University, where I was involved in many activities, and was a part of Gamma Phi Beta sorority. Some of my fondest memories are there, and the realization that people need true connection was made.

After college, I moved back and was a part of the WA Wine community. I worked for several top wineries, in their tasting rooms and event coordination. Talk about a fun job! The career shifted more into events and community involvement, and the obsession with communty and human connection grew even further. 

My transition into the real estate community was an easy one, and I've been working in this field for 8 years now. Handing keys over still gives me 'the feels' and writing contract documents brings a smile to face.
